Current of Hope Foundation

Every Child Deserves to Be Safe in the Water.

We believe swim safety is a right, not a privilege — especially for children with special needs. Your support makes it possible.

Our Mission

We bring water safety to your community — and connect your family to the right support.

Current of Hope hosts traveling Water Safety Fairs at public and community pools across South Florida — free, fun, two-hour Saturday events with live music, certified swim instructors, pool safety demonstrations, and trusted local partners. We also build bridges: connecting special needs families to vetted swim lesson providers nationwide, and subsidizing lessons for those who need financial support.

Real lives. Real change.

A Family's Story

"Before Current of Hope, the water terrified my son. Now he swims with a smile I've never seen before. They didn't just teach him to swim — they gave him confidence."

— Maria T., mother of Elijah, age 9
